By Train

Turin has several railway stations, but the most useful for visitors are Torino Porta Nuova, Torino Porta Susa, and Torino Lingotto.

  1. Torino Porta Nuova is the city’s main central station and one of the most convenient arrival points for travellers staying in the historic centre. It is directly served by Turin’s only metro line, Metro Line M1, at the Porta Nuova metro stop.

  2. Torino Porta Susa is another major station, especially important for high-speed trains and long-distance services. It is also directly connected to Metro Line M1, at the Porta Susa metro stop. This makes it very convenient for reaching both the city centre and other parts of Turin.

  3. Torino Lingotto serves the southern part of the city and is useful for the Lingotto area, the exhibition centre, and nearby business districts. The railway station is close to the Lingotto stop on Metro Line M1, although travellers may need a short walk depending on the exact platform or entrance used.
