Registration

Registration can be completed using this registration form.

The registration fee (per person, covering both days: July 9–10, 2026) is:

• 320€ until May 1st, 2026 included (AOE)
• 420€ after May 1st, 2026 (AOE).

Accepted payment methods:

• Bank transfer
• Online credit card.

In both cases, after you submitted the form the secretariat will:

• always and only contact you by an email from organizzazione@stilema-to.it;
• send you the information for the bank transfer or the payment via credit card;
• send you the bill once received the payment, to confirm a successful registration.

Please note that onsite payment is not available.

The registration fee includes:

• Participation in the conference (Location),
• Coffee breaks and lunches,
• Social dinner on July 9th, 2026 at La Via del Sale,
• Social event on July 10th, 2026 (TBD).

The registration form also allows the purchase of additional tickets for the social dinner and the social event, and to indicate any dietary requirement or preference.

Cancellation policy:

• Cancellations notified by June 9th, 2026 (AOE) are eligible for a refund, subject to a 50€ administrative fee,
• No refunds will be issued after this date.
